Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the status, structure, and dynamics of occupational diseases, as well as the occurrence of spatial inequalities and concentration of the surveyed phenomenon in Poland. The analysis was conducted by voivodships and groups of diseases, using measures of spatial concentration. The study drew attention to the organizational innovation and technical development of new products and technologies that have an impact on reducing the number of employees in hazardous conditions.
