Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the innovation of social service entities operating in the Member States of the European Union. The characteristics, circumstances and objectives of innovative services in these units are presented. The methods of the work organizing on new solutions to improve service activities are described in this paper. The analysis was based on the study conducted by The Gallup Organization.
