The result of the test of hypotheses established a relationship between workplace deviant behavior and low standard of health care delivery. The findings of the study were that: i)There is a relationship between work slowdown and gross patient number in public hospitals (X2c = 32.87), ii)There is a relationship between favouritism and medical tourism in Nigeria (X2c = 31.82). The study concluded that workplace deviant behavior has significant impact on health care delivery in Nigerian public Hospitals.
