Summary/Abstract: Describing the functioning of the limited partnership, in which the joint-stock company is acting as the general partner is a purpose of the present article. Creating special forms of commercial partnerships or companies in which also other legal persons are appearing is possible through regulations of The Code of Commercial Companies. The article depicts being active of the joint-stock company as the unlimited partner in the limited partnership, as well as is exploring the issue two basic, on land of the conducting business activities of aspects - of representatives and managing the company’s affairs.
