Summary/Abstract: The author deals with the subject of human resources management in the Supported Employment Enterprises (HRM in SEE). This type of enterprise is the specific area of activity of each manager due to the human resources employed in them.People with disabilities are fully valuable employees despite their physical or mentaldisability. Everyone deserves respect on the part of the superior, regardless of theirhealth or mental state. As the analysis of SEE and the disabled workers employed inthem shows, the Supported Employment Enterprises in Poland fulfil a significantrole in the professional activation of disabled people. At the same time for peoplewith disabilities the SEE are a place where they can pursue their professional dreams,be together with the people with whom they have the possibility of direct contact.They can also feel needed. despite their disability, in the environment.
