Summary/Abstract: This article starts with Kafka’s idea on the other and continues with the problem of the other, the concept of nationalism, globalization and universalism in literature, also with elements of differences and similarities as permanent part of the debate on the identity of literature. Another important element discussed here is the language, which, if we can use it creatively, may send the literary art in the post-national level.
