Efficiency measures of the information services management

Summary/Abstract: The author took up the development of methodologies to assess the effectiveness of information technology service management IT (Information Technology) in an industrial company. He proposed a set of statistical indicators to measure the level and quality of IT services, built according to the concept of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). In the study among others, Pearson correlation coefficients were used. An analysis of the dynamics of the adopted variables was used, too. The results indicate the usefulness of practical applied statistical indicators.
