Summary/Abstract: The article describes the final shape of the "Multilateral Financial Framework of the European Union 2014-2020," with particular emphasis on funding for Poland from the participation in the EU's cohesion policy, as well as the expected impact of the money on the growth of the Polish economy and regional development. The author presents the role of EU funds in closing the gap in development, in relation to the high developed countries of the European Union (the old "15").
