Summary/Abstract: The phenomenon of legal transplants in Polish law is an increasingly common example of its use. Legal transplants can be noted in administrative law, in particular in substantive administrative law. However, analyzing the legislative activity of the legislator over the last decade, we see that he is increasingly moving towards the use of legal transplants – but not always reasonably.
