Summary/Abstract: For the purpose of criminal proceedings and the achievement of its purpose, they were introduced in the Criminal Procedure Code providing for new cases of incompatibility, and ways to resolve the cases of incompatibility (absention and challenge) have been simplified to resolve the matter without delay criminal to be decided.
