LEGAL STATUS OF THE HYBRID WAR PERFORMED BY THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Summary/Abstract: The article is part of a larger social, legal and economic study that wants to answer the questions that are required and current in the context of the wave of "refugees" from Syria that is heading towards the developed European countries and that the other EU countries are obliged to accept and integrate them under the Union member state status. The purpose of this article is to open a constructive scientific discussion with the competent academic forums for accurate information of the civil society, with no bias to any party involved in the matter, namely: the EU and the people of Syria that come to Europe. The author presents the initial results of the study not yet published.
