Summary/Abstract: The following article depicts the necessity of monetary funds available for the state, territorial-administrative units and internal financial control. It addresses the concept of internal control management in the context of Community legislation. In the final part, the author addresses the standards for internal management control as well as the unfolding steps based on the current legal regulations.
