Summary/Abstract: History of Philosophy of Law admits that the issues of law, justice and legal truth, was the object of study and thought of the philosophers find on any coordinate in time or space of human civilization. If at its origins, the philosophy of law was not independent, but imbued with theological and especially political, moral precepts, over time, the confusion disappears. Philosophy has as its country of origin, Greece. At first Greek philosophers were not concerned about researching ethics or law, but rather the issue of the physical nature. Thus were born in Greece important philosophical schools, such as th ionic, Elat, Pythagoras school, the school of the Sophists. But the chief representatives of law philosophy in ancient Greece, remain Socrates, Plato and Aristotle.
