Summary/Abstract: This study aims to investigate the effect of occupational health and safety (OHS) distance training quality on the perception of satisfaction of the participants. The research was conducted on the academic and administrative staff of Sakarya University in two stages in 2016 and 2019. A satisfaction survey was conducted to collect the data. In the first phase in 2016, the satisfaction levels of employees of Sakarya University regarding with the OHS distance training, which is a legal obligation to be implemented periodically in every three years, was measured and their opinions were asked for improvements. Some improvements were made for OHS distance training according to feedback from employees and employees’ satisfaction level re-measured in 2019. Then, the data gathered in 2016 and in 2019 were statistically compared. The results showed that the employees’ satisfaction level with OHS distance training in 2019 was statistically higher than in 2016. It was concluded that OSH training to be provided to employees through high-quality training videos will be more effective and productive. It was also concluded that it is more beneficial for organizations with employees who have a restriction to participate in a specific place within a certain period to plan their OHS training via distance training mode.
