Summary/Abstract: The text shows the characteristics of the shamanic practices among Q’eros (initiation, healing practices and sorcery) that are shown on the background of their ontological system. Shamans (altomesayoq) are responsible for treating people and animals and ensuring welfare of community. For these purposes, they perform shamanistic rituals and mediate between the human and non-human beings (apus and pachamamas). Q’eros reality is co-created by human and non-human beings connected with each other a network of permanent relationships, which consist in the transfer of vital substances which is expressed in terms of “feeding each other” (reciprocity) or “feeding with someone else” (predatory).
