The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational identification and identification with the leader in reducing the intention of leaving the front office employees. This research is quantitative. The universe of the research consists of 318 front office employees working in hotels serving twelve months in Antalya Center. In the study, it was aimed to make a full count without using any sampling method. The data were obtained through the survey method. Surveys were delivered to all employees, but 78 surveys were returned. Descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used in the analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that both identification with the leader and organizational identification were negative and significant on the intention of the employees of the front office to leave their jobs.
