Journalistic genres in anarcho punk zine “Chaos in my head” (preliminary research)

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is the preliminary analysis of journalistic genres in the zine “Chaos in my head”. The research was carried out on a full sample – it includes 19 issues between 1997 to 2019. In the course of my research, I verified whether the species used in zine differ from their classic variety. In the article I presented the brief characteristics of zines and their history in the world and in Poland, as well as the historical outline of zine “Chaos in my head”. In the next part I described the research method and the categorization key. Then I included the characteristics of the research material, i.e. the results of quantitative analysis and a comparison of the features of classic journalistic genres and those used in zines, along with examples. Finally, there is a summary of the conclusions of the analysis and proposed research perspectives.
