Agile Leadership Approach and Development of A Scale For Measuring Agile Leader’s Behaviours

Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The aim of this study is to develop the Agile Leadership Questionnaire. Design/methodology/approach – For this purpose, data were obtained from three samples in different regions of Turkey. After the linguists had provided validity of the expressions in the question-pool, a pilot study was carried to test validity. Then, reliability analysis and the factor structure of the scale were tested. Finally, Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analyses were conducted to determine the reliability and validity of the factor structure of the scale by SPSS and AMOS programs.
