Summary/Abstract: Organized Crime originates in the associations, cartels and criminal gangs, and screen companies, aimed at committing offences, exploiting weaknesses with the purpose of getting gains and profits, influence and power through legal and illegal means, all of which can be achieved through violence, organized traffic, extortion, corruption, manipulation, frauds and money laundering.
