Summary/Abstract: One of the positive approaches that emerged in management science after human relations approach is psychological capital concept. Psychological capital briefly expresses the positive psychological status of the employees in the workplace and the impact of the situation. Entrepreneurship is a dynamic human resource potential that combines production factors, can take risks and build on change and innovation. The aim of this study is to determine whether psychological capital levels of university students have an effect on entrepreneurship tendencies. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to the students studying at a faculty of business administration of a public university. A total of 182 students participated in the study. Research data were collected in October 2019. The questionnaire used in the study consists of three sections and 46 questions. According to the results of the research; there was a positive and low level correlation (r= 0.180) between students' psychological capital level and entrepreneurship tendency (p <0.05). In addition, it is seen that psychological capital levels of students explain 3.2% of entrepreneurship tendencies and research model is significant (p <0.05). As a result, universities play an important role in the production of new ideas, products, services and businesses, and in providing the qualified workforce that the business world wants. Increasing psychological capital levels and entrepreneurship tendencies of university students; This can be achieved by providing more theoretical and practical coverage of these topics in the curriculum and course contents, and by supporting trainers' ideas of entrepreneurship with revealing, realistic and positive discourses.
