Summary/Abstract: In the first issue of William Feather Magazine that appeared in 1916, William A. Feather, founder of this editorial, said that education is knowing where to go to find what you need to know, and it is to know how to use information you found. The introduction of common training standards and the creation of a core curriculum is a prerequisite for effective border security and better cooperation between the structures that have responsibilities in this regard. Without such a consensus it would be difficult to eliminate obstacles related to a successful attitude in the face of challenges.
