Summary/Abstract: The cause-effect corelation is an element both of criminal and civil responsibility. Any person who commits a crime or an offense punishable by law is responsible of the damages caused by his/her action to another person, but only if it is proved during the proceedings that exists a corelation between the action and the damages.
