Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to individual issues of the study of the problems and prospects of private detectives in Ukraine. The features of the draft Law of Ukraine "On Private Detective (Investigation) Activities" are analyzed, their contradictions are identified and proposals for their coordination are provided.
