The correctness of the formal amendment to the protocol of the 1st sitting of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the amendment was modification of the content of the protocol. The essence of the amendment is to include in the protocol an information on the remark sent to the Marshal of the Sejm by the Deputy Chief of the Chancellery of the Sejm regarding the resumption of voting. In the author’s opinion, the amendment falls within the general framework of the amendment to the protocol set out in the Standing Orders of the Sejm and should be considered by the Sejm in the manner provided for in those provisions.
