Adaptive support program in the vocational reintegration – results of the effectiveness assessment

Summary/Abstract: In the paper the objectives and forms of the adaptive support program and the results of its effectiveness are presented. 60 people who volunteered to participate in the pilot program were covered by psychological diagnosis and support activities. The effectiveness of it was assessed by comparing the results of the initial and repeated assessment with the use of the ICF classification and by assessing the number of program objectives achieved. The highest percentage of achieved goals was found in the area of emotional functions, coping with stress, getting and doing work and in the field of increasing e-competence.
