Summary/Abstract: This article proposes an incursion into the multitude of disputes that can be submitted to arbitration, exploring the fields of law to which arbitrability may be applicable, general civil law field but also the special law fields, such as treating the subject matter of corporate law, public procurement or labor law also, which at a first glance would exclude arbitrability. Because arbitrability is most often defined as a vocation of a dispute to be settled by arbitration, the article also turns to the transformation of the vocation into legal efficacy by the valid conclusion of the arbitration agreement, the only way to give juridical effect to arbitrability.
