Principle of the Official Position of the Polish Language and Foreigners

Summary/Abstract: The Polish language is a basic element of national identity and is the good of national culture. For this reason, the obligation to protect it applies to all public bodies and public institutions of the Republic of Poland. The subject of the analysis in this study is to reflect the principle of the officiality of the Polish language in relation to legal regulations determining the legal status of a foreigner. The article also addresses the challenges faced by the administration operating in various forms and responsible for the implementation of this principle.
