Summary/Abstract: The article brings to the reader's attention the evolution of the relationship between the two states after the annexation of Crimea. The tensions that have dominated this relationship on the international stage have only amplified the existing conflict, thus causing Ukraine to turn to several international courts in the hope of obtaining a solution serving them justice.
