Summary/Abstract: The article consists of three parts, introducing data flow diagrams, and call center as an information unit. The author explains the idea and language of such diagrams (terms – like Stores, Processes, Flows, Customers, and grammar as a set of rules concerning diagram’s construction). The effect is a complete data flow diagram of a call center.
