Organizational Culture of Kindergarten Director in Terms of Building a Local Community’s Social Capital

Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on explaining the term organizational culture of the kindergarten, the organizational culture of the kindergarten director, analyzing the definition of social capital, its determinants and components. Special attention was paid to the social capital of modern kindergarten, which are teachers and parents. Furthermore, those of director's activities were analyzed, which result from his duties and at the same time affect building of a local community social capital.
