Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the problems concerning digital divide in it’s both traditional and enlarged definitions, the latter including new aspects of the Web 2.0 tools. The author concentrates on inequalities in the ICT accessibility, and the skills of its effective and interactive application in everyday usage of information resources, co-developed by the Internet users.
