Summary/Abstract: The Pedagogical-psychological-methodological (PPM) Training is organized for primary and secondary school teachers who during their university studies did not attend any pedagogical, psychological or methodological courses, however, due to their professional qualifications, work as primary or secondary school teachers of specific subjects. The training contributes to the development of teacher competences required in primary and secondary school education in order to maximize the quality and efficiency of pedagogical performance. The students attending the training were also participating in the faculty’s regular quality control survey. The purpose of the research was to reveal the opinions of students regarding the structure of the training, the efficiency of courses and the acquired knowledge as well as the realization of the teaching process. The extent of program realization, the attitude of lecturers and the efficiency of the examination system were tested. The research results provide the organizers of the training with direct assessment of the program with the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the work process and adjusting to student requirements during the organization of future trainings.
