CHANGES IN LABOR RELATIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE LAW ON THE MEASURES AND ACTIONS DURING THE STATE OF EMERGENCY, ANNOUNCED WITH DECISION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY FROM 13 MARCH 2020

Summary/Abstract: The article examines the specific regulation of the labor relations during the state of emergency in accordance with the newly adopted Law on the Measures and Actions during the State of Emergency, announced with a decision of the National Assembly of March 13, 2020 and the made with the following amendments in other relevant normative acts, the new rights and obligations of the parties thereto, as well as outstanding issues that allow for different interpretations and could lead to future problems or disputes related to labor.
