Summary/Abstract: In this paper it is described the mutual location of the pedal circles of an arbitrary point in the plane of an arbitrary quadrilateral and pentagon with respect to the triangles determined by their sides and diagonals. As a result it is defined Simson circle of a point in the plane of an arbitrary pentagon. Simson lines are found for points on determined lines in the plane of the pentagon.
