Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to define the connection between users' gender, age andincome and the fintech services adoption. Research has been conducted via astructured online questionnaire covering 158 financial services users from theRepublic of North Macedonia. The results showed the average fintech servicesadoption rate is 45%. The Chi-Square test indicated no statistically significantrelationships between the independent variables - gender and age and the dependentvariable - fintech services adoption. The same test pointed out the statistically relevantconnection between the independent variable of average income and the dependentvariable - fintech services adoption.
