Summary/Abstract: In order to keep up with the rapidly changing market conditions and to provide a competitive advantage in the long term, the adoption of the innovativeness approach of the enterprises is an important factor. It is seen that many big companies are making huge investments to improve their innovativeness in coping with competition. This study, which is prepared within the scope of supply chain coordination and innovativeness, aims to examine the relationships between supply chain coordination, innovativeness and financial performance based on social influences and organizational learning theory. Within the scope of the study, supply chain coordination, innovativeness and financial performance, social contagion and organizational learning theory are discussed. The study was carried out on production companies operating in Erzurum. SPSS 23 package program was used for data analysis and various analyzes were applied. As a result, it has been found that supplier innovativeness has an impact on manufacturer innovativeness and financial performance, manufacturer innovativeness has an impact on financial performance, supplier coordination has an impact on supplier innovativeness and customer coordination has an impact on financial performance.
