Summary/Abstract: The author begins the article by giving two examples on the subject of professional work done with excellent preparation and enabling the provision of assistance to a person in his personal and social dimension. He is in favor of a university model that acquires and transfers knowledge in the service of man and society. This should be done by the cooperation of various scientific disciplines at the university and the preparation of the scientific staff should be focused on reliable scientific research and appropriate didactic message.
