Summary/Abstract: There are a lot of establíshed notions in the continental legal culture. One of them is the conception of sources of law. Nevertheless, author agrees with Kelsen who said about sources of law that it is the term with very uncertain meaning. It means that the use of this concept without clear definition is useless and even harmful.
