Summary/Abstract: In the article we consider the concept and classification of children’s rights, their consolidation in the legislation of the Ukraine and Poland according to international standards. On the base of sociological research, the author defines how children assess their rights in the family, school and state in general. Practicability of implementing of positive European and Polish experience to protect the children’s rights in Ukraine is emphasized.
