Summary/Abstract: In the context of remarkable transformations in the society, of an accelerated pace of change but also of spectacular challenges, education systems are forced to adopt, at a high speed, innovation strategies to help the school to quickly adjust to the dizzy dynamics of these changes. From the challenges of „industry 4.0” for example, which will require a „reset” of the educational processes, considering the new challenges of the expanding artificial intelligence, to the forced “redesign” of education, caused by the pandemic generated by COVID 19, any school will have to quickly adopt innovation and adjustment strategies, with a double purpose: the implementation of new digital technologies, with speed and accuracy, on the one hand, and the decrease in (internal) resistance to change, on the other. In this paper, the authors aim to identify opportunities for innovation in school, inclusively on the basis of quality-specific tools, as well as formulating suggestions to reduce resistance to changes, especially that existing among organizations of all types, including the educational ones.
