Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the issue of the defence and protection rights resulted from copyrighted works. Copyright became public concern only in the modern era as a result of the ever growing importance of the nations’ cultural dimension. The principle of copyright protection is granted to the original works, irrespective of the creation process, the mode or concrete expression method and independent of the inheritor value and destination.
