Summary/Abstract: Individual employment contract is the legal instrument that states the relationship between the employer and its employees. At the conclusion of the individual employment contract, the rights and interests of both parties are envisaged. For the valid conclusion of such contract, all the legal requirements in respect must be fulfilled.
