Summary/Abstract: In the new Code of Criminal Procedure (Law no.135/2010) amend the provisions on judicial and legal acts considered violations subject of Chapter VI („judicial fine”) of Title VI („procedural acts and procedures”) of the Special Part. The new regulation extends the judicial fine facts may constitute judicial misconduct by adding abuse of rights, among other works consisting of failings that are the responsibility of traders.
