Summary/Abstract: The administrator is the main character in any company form. His/her proxy or company body features, with the vocation of a professional, in the sense given to that notion by Article 3 of the Civil Code prevent him to hold also the position of company employee. Wavering between the management of third parties’ assets, as common law hypostasis, and the exploitation of his/her own business, in the hypostasis of a professional, the administrator preserves a complex corporate identity
