Summary/Abstract: The article considers the main features of the Bulgarian dialects included in the Mediterranean Linguistic Atlas (l’Atlante Linguistico Mediterraneo – ALM). An attempt is made to study the parallels betwееn the lexemes recorded in villages in the Black Sea region, the Aegean Sea and the settlements within the Bulgarian linguistic area.
