Summary/Abstract: Education in intelligence and analysis has traditionally been oriented towards national security and more recently law enforcement. Reforms in personal and business behaviours are driving the need for improved regulatory systems in the Western world, which is also creating an imperative to build professional intelligence capability and networks across new areas of government and industry.
