Summary/Abstract: This article addresses the issue of working from home, starting with Covid 19. The aim of the research; to access preliminary information that will become possible due to the epidemic disease and that the work from home, which is predicted to take place in the working life after the normalization process, can pose potential problems that may arise when the workplace is moved home. The result reveals that the issue may involve multi-dimensional problems for the employees.
