Summary/Abstract: Big data and chaos expressions come to life in the human mind primarily as a problem. Chaos is considered as an administrative problem in all sectors. In recent years, big data has been used as a tool for solving many administrative problems and for future administrative planning. In this study, how and in what areas big data applications can be used to reduce the effects of administrative chaos in health sector has been determined with a wide literature review. For this purpose, firstly chaos and organizational chaos and big data and scope were explained; data mining and application areas where big data can be used were stated so as to reduce the negative effects of chaos in health management. Instead of avoiding chaos, it is determined that it is more appropriate for managers to operate in chaos and support their employees in terms of creative organizational initiatives. Health institutions have an organizational structure consisting of systems and sub-systems with more complex and more intensive relations than other sectors. The main reasons for the emergence of the chaotic situation in the management of the health care system and health care facilities have been identified as the difficulty in following new treatment and diagnostic methods, rapid changes and innovations in areas such as marketing, ethics, patient safety and malpractice, R & D activities and financial management. There are critical factors that need to be considered in order to manage the chaos process with big data in health institutions.
