Summary/Abstract: Considering the new social realities that influence Romania at this time, specially joining the European Union and all the economical European organism, it has been decided to adopt the General Evidence register of the employees. This register maintains mostly of the components and the characteristics of the old work block-notes. Still there are both common points and differences. From this point of vu, the work block-notes seem to be more complex, but the General Evidence Register of the Employees corresponds to the new social requirements and it is more efficient against the illegal labor.
