Summary/Abstract: Foreign aid refers to loan or donation given by a country, international organization or nongovernmental organization (NGO) to others in order to support development efforts, to strengthen democracy or to provide humanitarian relief during times of crisis. Foreign aid might be provided either for strategic goals or for just humanitarian reasons. Furthermore, the first impression about Turkey in terms of politically and humanly is that Turkey government and Turkish nation are undoubtedly helpful. Thus, foreign aid is one of the vital issues for Turkey. In this study, foreign aid’s to Sudan provided by Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), Doctors Worldwide (YYD), Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH) and Turkey Diyanet Foundation (TDV) will be discussed.
